Excellent City Center Stay
central location friendly staff helpful staff
I was pleased to discover a very convenient location. The bus stop near the front door made getting around easy. Many restaurants, pubs, attractions, and shops are within a short walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This made a difference.
The street noise was noticeable at times.

The hotel has a lift providing access to upper floors. The main door is kept closed, requiring a bell to be opened, ensuring safety. City bikes are available just across the road from the hotel entrance.

Tea and coffee facilities were available in the room and that was convenient. A coffee machine was available and it came with water. More, water, coffee, and tea are provided, and are welcome additions.

noisy pigeons uncomfortable stay
The location was convenient to many restaurants and attractions. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly.
The room was small during my three-day stay. There was no air conditioning, so it was stuffy. I could not open the window because it faced a dirty, enclosed area with pigeons and noise. This did not.

The hotel's location was central. it allowed easy walking access to various attractions and amenities, the staff were generally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated their assistance.
the room i had was quite small , it felt cramped. the window didn't close fully, which allowed noise from the street to easily filter in.

excellent location friendly staff clean room helpful service
The location proved EXCELLENT, central to everything. The staff members were friendly and helpful . My room was clean and well kept, as advertised. The reception operates 24/7, very convenient.
The room was small, and I missed having more space to hang my clothes. There were only two hooks on the door.
